Notice: Statement from the WMRA Technical Delegate and Event Organizer

Due to the warm weather, the following equipment is permitted on the course—Friday, Saturday, and Sunday:
 - water camel bags
-  vests with inserted bottles or water bags
-  belts with bottles and water bags
If you enter the call room before the start with this personal equipment, you must complete the race with it. It cannot be set down during the race.

Refreshment stations are located along the course in both directions, as shown on the maps in the Event Manual.
Each refreshment station will be equipped with disposable cups containing water or an ion drink, which will be freely available.
Carrying your own empty cups is not permitted.
