To get from Prague Airport, which is about 180 km away, you can rent a car or use bus or train connections; we describe all these options below.

🚗 Car: You can rent a car or minibus at the airport and drive to Janské Lázně Town yourself

🚌 Bus:A comfortable and cheaper option is to combine a taxi service, metro or local bus transport from the Prague Airport to the bus station Prague,Černý Most, from where there are regular bus connections directly from Prague to Janské Lázně. You will get off right in the heart of the championships.

From the airport using local public bus transpor - the the best connection:

1. Václav Havel Airport Prague take bus Nr. 100 towards station Zličín.

2. At Zličín station, change to metro B (yellow line)

3. Take the metro to the final stop - station Černý most. 

Total travel time approximately 50-60min.

At the Černý most metro station there is the Prague, Černý most bus terminal and from there are direct connections to Janské Lázně.

🚂 Train: From the Prague Airport, you have to get to the Prague, Main Train Station, again by metro, local bus transport, or taxi service. However, the train does not go to Janské Lázně Town. The nearest train stop is in Svoboda nad Úpou, about 3 km from Janské Lázně.

Thank you for your great interest in participating in the World Masters Mountain Running Championships in Czechia. We are very pleased. Registration has been closed, and the approval process is now underway with the individual national federations, followed by their approval of each competitor’s participation. Please review your applications and communications with your national federation.

Nearly 1,000 competitors from 38 countries have registered, and nearly 600 competitors will be at the starting line each race day.
Who will be this year’s world master champion in mountain running? Who will win a team medal? We’ll find out very soon...

Krakonos brewery is located in the center of the town of Trutnov. Since 1994, the brewery has been operated by the Trutnov company Krakonoš spol. s r.o. Currently, the Krakonoš brewery produces five types of beer with a total volume of over 100 thousand hectoliters per year. For Christmas and Easter, the market is enriched with a strong special light beer Krakonoš 14. The beer is distributed in Bohemia, mainly in the East, but also in Moravia. The Krakonoš brewery produces beer using the classic bottom-fermented beer technology. The beer is unpasteurized, microbially filtered. For the production of beer, water is pumped from its own well, which is over 80 meters deep and is supplied by the Krkonoš springs.
